Police Check Information

All HGHA executive and bench staff must have a current Vulnerable Sector check on file.

• if you are new to our organization, your police check cannot be older than 6 months
• if you currently have a police check on file with us, it cannot be older than 3 years
• a criminal declaration of offense form must be signed on years 2 and 3

 Police Record Checks are completed online at www.opp.ca you will need 2 pieces of Identification as well as a letter from our organization to complete.
