Police Check Information

All HGHA executive and bench staff must have a current Vulnerable Sector check on file.

  • if you are new to our organization, your police check cannot be older than 6 months
  • if you currently have a police check on file with us, it cannot be older than 3 years
  • a criminal declaration of offense form must be signed on years 2 and 3


 Due to the Covid pandemic, Haldimand OPP are asking people to submit their completed applications via email (opp.haldimand.county.police.record.checks@opp.ca)

You will also require a letter from our organization to complete your application.  Please contact Jackie Lise to obtain the letter.
