Haldimand RiverCats is pleased to announce Kellen Mowat as our U13AA Coach for the 2025-26 season

Kellen brings many years of coaching experience and a great wealth of knowledge to our Association!

Thank you to the association for supporting this opportunity, I am looking forward to the challenge this age group has earned.  

 

As a coach I believe the performance of a team is heavily influenced by its culture. A positive and empowering dressing room will only lead to growth, respect and overall success.

 

Our role as coaches is to create that environment for each player and to allow them to be comfortable enough to be themselves and to individually thrive. I believe positive and structured coaching creates an environment to learn, build relationships, communicate and drive individual potential.  

 

My goal is to continue to provide the coaching, leadership and development required for competitive growth. We will continue to build our program incorporating a professional shooting instructor, an elite edgework and agility coach and providing high energy off ice conditioning throughout our season.

 

Elite level programming is a commitment and we will work towards keeping hockey registration as cost effective as possible.
